Happiness is trusting ourselves so deeply that nothing can shake us. It’s being able to be anywhere, with anyone, and still feel at peace — no matter the situation.
How would you feel if the pain went away?
I grew up in a traumatic home, with an absent father and a mother who struggled with narcissism. I learned how to survive, but I lived in a constant state of fear and anxiety.
Even though I had a successful career in finance, a wonderful husband, and two beautiful children, my confidence was at rock bottom. I was always apologizing, always afraid of what others would think of me.
I started a charity to support foster children—and with them, I began to heal. We healed together.
That journey inspired me to go back to school, and I now hold a Certificate in Global Mental Health: Trauma and Recovery from Harvard University.
My passion is to share what helped me, and to help others become the happiest, most free version of themselves.
With love,
Alexandra
I want to help you create the life you’ve always dreamed of.
A life where you feel safe, seen, and deeply loved.
Where your past no longer holds you back, and your future feels wide open.
My Happiness Space was created with love—for those of us who are ready to heal, rise, and reclaim the truth of who we really are.
Because you are so much more than what they made you believe.
You are strong. You are worthy. You are enough.
With all my heart,
Alexandra
